Event Description
The Buckeye Air Fair returns for a weekend of high-flying fun, February 16-18, 2024 at the Buckeye Municipal Airport.
This year’s event features 2.5-hour action packed airshows, vintage and military aircraft, action-packed demonstrations, Aviation Academy exhibitions and so much more. A VIP experience is available for a front row view of the airshows.
Other family activities include hundreds of pilots from around the western U.S. showcasing their unique aircraft, historic and military static aircraft displays, great food, vendors and a Kid’s Zone.

Air Fair Seminars
Join us at the Buckeye Air Fair for an incredible lineup of seminars hosted by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) in collaboration with the city of Buckeye. Experience engaging sessions and events focused on aviation at the AOPA Education and Skills Seminar Tent, located to the right of the AOPA Exhibit Hall.
Saturday, February 17
2 p.m. – Airshow Performers Meet and Greet
Hear from the performers themselves on what it takes to be in an airshow.
3 p.m. – Learn to Fly
Always dreamt of learning to fly, but weren’t sure where to begin? Join the AOPA Foundation You Can Fly Team to learn about the fundamentals, processes and next steps required to make your aviation dreams a reality.

- Admission to the Air Fair is free, but if you’re looking for an up close view of the airshow, an upgrade to the VIP tent is for you!
- Ticket purchase includes all-day VIP tent access, premier seating, refreshments, private restrooms and a VIP parking pass.

- VIP Tickets purchased at event will be $90 for a one-day pass and $115 for a two-day pass.

Kids Zone
The Kids Zone is available February 16 – 18. The Kids Zone will include a full day of access to fun with carnival rides, slides, bounce houses and more! Purchase Kids Zone tickets for $15 per person, per day through Thursday, February 15.
At the event, wristbands will be $20 per person, per day.
Parking and Transportation
Event Location
The event takes place at the Buckeye Municipal Airport, 3000 S. Palo Verde Rd. Buckeye, AZ 85326.
Parking
Parking will be on the east side of the airport, off of S. Palo Verde Rd. We will have a few entrances into the airport, making navigating into and out of the airport easier.
Cost to Park
The event is free to attend. A parking pass is required for each day of the event, one parking pass per vehicle, per entry.
Day of event parking pass: $15, credit card only. $10 parking passes are only available if purchased online, and by Thursday, February 15.

Transportation Info
All traffic must use I-10/Palo Verde Rd. to enter the airport from the north. No entrance will be allowed from vehicles approaching from the south and will be redirected to use I-10.
South Palo Verde Rd. will be used for inbound traffic only from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
