Eric’s is aprox a 20 minute drive from Verrado…and if you enjoy BBQ…worth every mile you’ll travel to get there. I’m from the midwest where beef and bbq always goes together and I’ve spent a few years in TX, where the BBQ joints reign supreme, so I KNOW GOOD BBQ! Eric’s is GREAT BBQ! You simply won’t find better BBQ than Eric’s anywhere in Phoenix, or anyplace west of the Rio Grande. His brisket is beyond amazing, and so good that it’s hard to order anything else on the menu. Everything in Eric’s is homemade delicious. For example, their coleslaw just might be the best on the planet. Yes, hop in your car, take your appetite (portions are Texas-sized) and drive 20 minutes East to Eric’s. I promise you it won’t be your last trip.
