It’s been nearly a year since the Oscar’s Tacos Opening Soon sign appeared in the window of the old Dance School, sandwiched between Tempo Urban Bistro and Chao Grazie on our fabulous Main St. What happened?
With the COVID pandemic, it was difficult to find the people and materials needed to prep the restaurant for opening, but the wait is almost over. Oscar’s Tacos started in El Cajon, CA and currently has 13 taco shops in AZ and TN. Oscar’s is known for their quality Mexican food at value prices.
We aren’t quite sure why, but Oscar (yes, Oscar runs Oscar’s) decided to change the name of their Verrado location to that of his wife, Rosie. So Verrado will soon welcome it’s brand new Main St eatery, Rosie’s Tacos–and the word is they expect to open late February. Watch this space for updates.
