The wait is over (on Thursday) and we can all start eating those tasty chicken sandwiches – the best in the neighborhood (at least until Raising Canes opens near Costco). Unless you live under a rock, you already know that this Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen location is on the southeast corner of Indian School Rd & Jackrabbit Tr at the new Jackrabbit Ranch Marketplace Center where Macayo’s Mexican Restaurant just opened along with the new UPS Store.
More exciting news happening right across the street at the new Jackrabbit Crossings @ Village Grove Center on the southwest corner. This center is coming along quickly with Superstar Car Wash already opened and new this week is the opening of Gruelichs Automotive Repair. It looks like Black Rock Coffee is nearing their completion, too.
