This year Verrado homeowners will elect one owner director in this election. Read through the timeline below and use the links to take action. Have question on the election process?
Nominating Committee: Help determine this year’s candidates for the upcoming VCA Board of Directors election, and apply to the Nominating Committee. The board requires three members to serve on the committee and will select those members from the applications received. Deadline to apply is Jan. 16.
Owner-Director Application: Thinking about running for election? Check out this video, then submit the owner-director candidate application. Candidate applications must be received by Jan. 27. As the election progresses, be sure to visit the election page for up-to-date information.

Who is eligible to serve on the board of directors?
In accordance with the Bylaws, Chapter 3.1, the qualifications to serve as an owner director on the VCA Board of Directors are:
- Owner or resident
- 18 years of age or older
- Principal residence is a unit within Verrado
- If owner is not an individual, any officer, director, partner, member or any trust officer of such owner shall be eligible.
- An owner and resident representing the same unit may not serve on the board at the same time.
