Landscape Revitalization Strategy
Verrado is growing and so are the needs to care for our shared landscape. The Verrado Landscape Revitalization Strategy is a working plan designed to guide future landscaping efforts throughout the neighborhood.
The strategy places a strong emphasis on:
Sustainability, water conservation, long-term maintenance, and responsible stewardship of community resources.
It also outlines the current challenges and opportunities in:
Our landscape system, prioritizing parkway renovations, sustainable water use, and infrastructure upgrades. Additionally, it highlights short- and long-term action plans.
It reflects months of collaboration between the Verrado Community Association (VCA), residents, and the Landscape Advisory Committee (LAC), ensuring all voices are included in shaping this vision.
