The CrossFit Journey began late 2005 and the time was spent learning the principles, training, and progressions. Began training clients operating out of commercially owned gyms and in 2008 we raised our own flag.

I have been a PGA Golf Professional since 1983 and retired from the Director of Golf position at a Golf Club in 2005 to continue with my passion of teaching only. I am from the Pacific Northwest, Spokane area specifically and now reside in Arizona.
