Event Description
Get ready to keep the party going on Sunday, March 27, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Founders Park. The Community Picnic is where your day will be packed with tons of family friendly activities like games, bounce houses, and even something for your favorite pet. Registration for the picnic is not required, you’ll need to sign up for various competitions.

- 11:15 a.m. | Dog show by Verrado Kennel Club
- 11:30 a.m. | Chili Cook-off judging
- 12:30 p.m. | BBQ Rib Competition judging
- 1:15 p.m. | Awards
- 1:30 p.m. | Community-wide photo
BBQ Rib and Chili Cook-off competitions are hosted by White Tanks Rotary of Verrado and Keller Williams.
FOOD TRUCKS from 11 am – 2 pm
Queso Good – Mexican
Fantasy Funnel Cake – Desserts, Ice Cream
The Panini People – American, Sandwiches, Italian
What to bring
- Cash or card if you want to purchase food and/or beverages

Parking
Parking is limited, so please walk or bike if you can. Besides, it’s more fun! If you do drive, be sure to park in permitted areas.
