Residents are invited to hear from our water attorney, Alex Arboleda of Gammage & Burnham on the progress of working with ADWR and the application for relief.  Ms. Arboleda will highlight next steps and, in coordination with the VCA, outline the ongoing actions and timeline, focusing on developing a sound plan for Verrado towards the mandated Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) 5th Management Plan.

This meeting will be held virtually to ensure all residents are able to listen in.

To provide our guest adequate time to answer questions from the board and community during the meeting, the board requests questions from the community in advance so they can be addressed clearly and efficiently.  Please submit your question for our water attorney no later than Sept. 8. Additionally, when we share the recording and recap following the meeting, residents will have an opportunity to submit questions for the water attorney.
