2023 VCA Director election

Meet Robert Fritz and Tom Juliano who are running for the 2023 VCA Board of Directors.  Verrado homeowners will elect one owner director in this election for a 2-year term to serve on the 5 member VCA Board of Directors. The VCA is responsible for managing the community’s governance and operations, assessments and fees, landscape and maintenance of amenities and common areas including parks, and community guidelines, including compliance and design review applications.

Online voting (through your www.Verrado.com residents website) runs from Feb 17 thru March 17 2023
