Compete to be named the most festive house in Verrado and show the community your holiday spirit by entering your home in the contest for best decorated house.  Verrado residents will vote for their favorite house. First, second and third place winners will be announced.

Deadline to enter: Dec. 10
Resident voting period: Dec. 14 – 17

1. Participation is open to Verrado residents.
2. No entry fee required.
3. Verrado Assembly employees are not eligible to participate.
4. You must register your house online by the date listed above.
5. Contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations in windows that are visible from the outside of the home.
6. Verrado residents will vote on their favorites based on curb appeal as viewed from the street only. Therefore only those decorations located on the street side of the property will be judged (corner lots will be judged from both streets).
7. Participants agree to have one or more photos of their decorated residence exterior posted on Verrado’s resident website, social media channels, and in resident e-newsletters. Participant agrees there will be no compensation of any kind for said posting or publication.
8. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place winners based on the number of votes each house receives.
