Event Description
Show Verrado your holiday spirit by entering your home in the contest for the best-adorned house. Register your house by Dec. 10. Residents will vote for their favorite home and award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

Judging & Resident voting period: Dec. 14 – 17
Deck the halls and jingle all the way in Verrado’s contest for the best-decorated house! Show off your Christmas spirit with lights that twinkle like Rudolph’s nose, ornaments hung with care, and festive flair everywhere. Residents will have a chance to vote for their favorites – first, second and third place winners will be announced. Let’s get ready to Rock around the Christmas tree and spread the holiday cheer throughout the community!

– 1st Place: $100 gift card
– 2nd Place: $75 gift card

Rules

- Participation is open to Verrado residents.
- No entry fee required.
- Verrado Assembly employees are not eligible to participate.
- You must register your house online by the date listed above.
- Contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations in windows that are visible from the outside of the home.
- Verrado residents will vote on their favorites based on curb appeal as viewed from the street only. Therefore only those decorations located on the street side of the property will be judged (corner lots will be judged from both streets).
- Participants agree to have one or more photos of their decorated residence exterior posted on Verrado’s resident website, social media channels, and in resident e-newsletters. Participant agrees there will be no compensation of any kind for said posting or publication.
- Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place winners based on the number of votes each house receives.
