Voting closed!  The winners are: Verrado Residents who get to experience some of the most creative decorations across the entire Phoenix metroplex right in our own backyard.  While others drive for miles to marvel at Verrado’s Very Merry Christmas Vibes, we get to stay off the I-10 and enjoy “our home.”

A very big shoutout to all Verrado homeowners who toiled so hard to make their houses and our community so very special during a special time of the year.  Here’s this years’ winners as voted on by the residents:

Rules

1. Participation is open to Verrado residents.
2. No entry fee required.
3. Verrado Assembly employees are not eligible to participate.
4. You must register your house online by the date listed above.
5. Contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations in windows that are visible from the outside of the home.
6. Verrado residents will vote on their favorites based on curb appeal as viewed from the street only. Therefore only those decorations located on the street side of the property will be judged (corner lots will be judged from both streets).
7. Participants agree to have one or more photos of their decorated residence exterior posted on Verrado’s resident website, social media channels, and in resident e-newsletters. Participant agrees there will be no compensation of any kind for said posting or publication.
8. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place winners based on the number of votes each house receives.
