Our new dog park (boasting the best scenic views) is now open – and this one has an actual parking lot. Join in for the grand opening of Verrado’s new dog park on Oct 5. Bring your furry friends and celebrate with Community Paws and Kahoots. Enjoy a fun-filled day of activities, pet-friendly goodie bags from Kahoots, and socializing with fellow dog lovers!
This pawsome park is located at the cross streets of Granite Bluff Dr and N Verrado Way. To enter the dog park, guests must turn onto W Fern Dr.

Before you head out for a doggone good time, here are some details about the park.
Access and location
- Vehicle and pedestrian gates will use Avigilon Alta (OpenPath) mobile access. If you don’t have the Avigilon Alta app, request amenity access.
- When the park opens on Monday, you’ll see the Granite Bluff Dog Park options listed on the mobile app.
- There are 16 golf cart and 15 vehicle barking…we mean parking spots.
- While there is no physical address, the cross streets are Granite Bluff Dr and N Verrado Way. To enter the dog park, guests must turn onto W Fern Dr.
Dog park
- There are two designated dog areas: active & passive.
- Each designated area has a dedicated dog fountain and dog waste station.
- Park hours are from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. September through April and 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. May through August
