Litchfield Park hosts its annual Christmas in the Park event on the second Saturday in December each year. Christmas in the Park is a family-focused event that is free and open to the public.  It traditionally includes a hometown parade, arts & crafts vendors, local stage acts, and a number of children’s activities.

Holiday Market

Vendors will be selling gift giving items and affordable art on Saturday from 9am – 3pm in our Litchfield Square Park, located at 279 N La Loma Ave. Food vendors will also be onsite.

Hometown Parade

Kicking off Christmas in the Park is our parade starting at 10am Saturday morning. The parade has become one our most memorable parts of Christmas in the Park! If your group is interested in participating, complete the parade application by October 31, 2025.

Performances

As part of the celebration, the City of Litchfield Park will be providing free entertainment for event attendees throughout the day. If you or your group would like to perform as a stage act at this year’s event, please complete the performance application by October 31, 2025. Entry is free.

Family Activities

Following the parade, join us in Litchfield Square Park between 11am-3pm to experience fun & free holiday-themed activities, including stage acts, crafts, and a petting zoo! You’ll also have the chance to take photos with Santa.
