Brightview Landscaping to take over from Gothic
Victory Stairs, Trail 340, Verrado Way, Parking Lot and Park Rd all now open
Verrado Way is now open again north of the round-a-bout at Victory Boulevard. The Victory Stairs / Trail 340 are now re-opened, along with a brand new 40-car parking lot located north of the stairs on the west side of Verrado Way.

Landscaping woes boil over at committee meeting…changes coming
Wednesday’s (Jan 18) landscaping meeting was conducted over ZOOM with over 140 Verrado residents participating to discuss Gothic Landscaping’s performance in maintaining our community.
