Located at Northeast corner of Verrado Way and Roosevelt Street in Buckeye, situated south of Interstate 10 along Verrado Way. The shopping center is anchored by Costco.
Buckeye Commons broke ground in March 2024, promising to bring over 410,000 square feet of retail space. It’s one of several major commercial developments in the area next to Verrado Marketplace, north of I-10, including Roosevelt Commons opening up across the street.

Dick’s Sporting Goods store is expected to break ground soon for a massive 50,000 square-feet of space next to Costco. Home Depot purchased an 11 acre lot next to the Dick’s Sporting Goods and has applied for its building permit.
