Hotels being built in Verrado
Performance Capital Partners LLC has begun construction on the dual-brand Marriott TownePlace Suites and Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites located at the northwest quadrant of Market Street and Verrado Way. The four-story hotel completion is expected November 2022 and will be the tallest building in the area (for now).
Verrado Home Values Rise
Verrado real estate home values have grown significantly. Verrado had 604 net sales in 2021, coming off 809 sales in 2020.
