Shovels are in the ground in the Main Street West (MSW) neighborhood as work is underway to revitalize the landscaping. Glen Street is leading off. Then the project will move south down Golf Drive to Sunrise Lane, then Main Street, Court Street and finally Prospector Way.
Please be mindful of crews and exert a little extra patience when you drive through this district. Work is scheduled for the next few months.
First we’ll install root barriers, update the irrigation, and plant new bushes and shrubs. Then parkways will transition from turf to granite. Finally, new turf (Bandera Bermuda) will be installed in the parks. We expect the work to extend into April and will provide updates as progress is made.
Point Ridge tree removal
As part of the MSW revitalization project, tree removal is scheduled for the Point Ridge common area. Work will begin on Feb. 4 and last through Feb. 6. Residents in that area have been notified.
