If you moved to Verrado in 2025, then you are in for a treat as Holidays in Verrado are always very special. First big holiday up this season is Halloween ’25…and if you are ambitious enough then jump right in to the spirit and decorate your Verrado House and let the terror begin!
Love going all out for Halloween? Enter the Most Spooktacular Home Decorating Contest and let your spooky (or silly!) creativity shine! From haunted houses to one-of-a-kind displays, we want to see it all. This spooktacular contest is open to all residents—winners will be chosen by your neighbors.
Grab your cobwebs, pumpkins, and lights…let your Halloween spirit shine!

- Registration: Oct. 1 – 7
- Judging: Oct. 10 – 17
- Winners Announced: Oct. 23
Don’t ghost your chance! Each winning home will receive a yard sign to display, bragging rights, and a gift card.
