VHS Swim and Dive is excited to offer a Swim Clinic for people of all ages!  The clinic will be on July 31st, 2023 at the Center on Main in Verrado.  (4239 N Village St., Buckeye, 85396).  Must sign up by July 10, 2023 in order to receive a T-shirt.  Cost is $30 which includes swim session, t-shirt and goodie bag. This is a fundraiser for the VHS Swim Team.

**IMPORTANT:  When signing up your swimmer, please put quantity 1, not their age under quantity.  Place their Age under comment with Swimmer name.

Verrado High School swim team coaches and swimmers will provide in-water and land instruction for future Vipers of all ages. Swimmers must be able to be alone in the pool without assistance to participate and will be broken up by ability within their age groups. Beginner to advanced level swimmers are welcome to participate.

Schedule is as follows:

• 13 and over, adults, masters swimmers: 9-9:45 a.m.
• 0-12 year olds 9:45-10:30 a.m.
• 7-9 year olds 10:30-11:15 a.m.
• 5 & 6 year olds 11:15-11:45 a.m.
• Under 5 11:45-12:15 a.m.
